Multiple potholes & surface breakdown

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14153715.

Like most parts of this end of Coppice Green Lane, there are multiple potholes and a general breakdown of the surface of the tarmac road. It has been made particularly bad over the past 8 weeks due to the high number of heavy tractors and trailers who have been going up and down the road all day and evenings.
