Damage to railings

Albert road play park, Albrighton. This afternoon 20/08/24 3 teenagers vandalised small section of the surrounding railings, bending the bars upwards and leaving a gap where small children can get through. My concern is the children getting through with the road only a few steps away but also the spikes which could hurt someone. This is a very busy park im just concerned a toddler could get hurt.
