Large, deep dangerous pothole growing into the road, nearly impassible, caused by flood water not draining

My size 10 boot gives an idea of scale. 24" into the roadway, nearly reducing the highway to less than one normal car width. I have repeatedly asked for the drain on the corner of my lane and the drive to be cleared but this has not happened (even though your website says it has). This has caused a 12" trench 4" deep to be carved out of the tarmac until the large pothole. In my opinion, this a danger to vehicles but also to life, if a cyclist hit it at speed coming down the hill.
