  • Just want to add that this bag was dumped sometime after 11 AM Sunday 11th August, the bag on the road leading to Garmston was there before that time (reported by someone else or else I would have done it) so the 2 bags were dumped on srierate occasions. I live in Spout Lane and will keep an eye out for suspicious vehicles with similar cube bags.
