Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14153080.

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a piece of land (Westlynn Fields), however to access the property requires using a restricted byway. However law states I can’t use my mechanical propelled vehicle to access the property, however I will need to, to take care of my animals that will be on the site. Is there anyway we could apply for some kind of lawful use for us to be able to use the road to access the property. Many thanks, James
