No fence or barriers to deter people from crossing road by arch...also something put on road to slow the idiot fast drivers down...people cross right by the arch...accident waiting to happen

Fence needs to put in place...people cross the road right by arch ...no vision to see fast traffic...need to deter people to cross away fro the arch area ...also speed bumps under arch to slow down fast traffic
