Traffic lights not sequencing properly

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14152990.

Traffic lights staying on red for a long time, causing a lot of traffic build up and leading to people driving dangerously to get past the lights or to get through the lights. One network shows work should have completed last Friday.
