Red barriers abandoned on pavement.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14152953.

These barriers have been here for months. Can they be taken away or if part of a monitoring job, please strim around them and put information notices on them. They just look abandoned and makes area untidy. Thankyou.
