Excessive dumping of hay by all the none sheeted Farmers trailers

Again this morning (11.8.2024) we wake up to see more hay dumped off the all the farmers trailers passing all the terraced houses in the High street ( TF11 8BL ). We are classing all this now as fly tipping as no body cares how much hay is dumped on a daily basis by the Council as nothing is being done or seems no one wants to challenge the farming community where it should be compulsory that from an environmental point of view. This is totally not acceptable that the apathic approach from the council who seem there not bothered at all about what the people say in Shifnal anymore. We now wait as a collective to see what actions you will take in the very near future !!
