Concrete street light not LED

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14152849.

The street light in question is next to number 14 on the same side of light 14.. it has the identification number on the concrete column as Z14A and is Inbetween numbers 14 and 15.. it was broken and not working last year and has recently been fixed.. but wasn’t replaced with a LED.. it is around 20 yards from light 14 to the left of it..
