Hay on the Road

Why is it every year i have emailed you regarding the total disregard the local farmers have for driving through Shifnal village ! As we live on the High street going out of Shifnal we see from the photos attached where you see how much Hay is blown all over the road in the gutters in our drive way and all over the paths. Firstly why cant they go up Horden road then turn right and come out by the new surgery and then turn left, but no they come through the main road all along depositing the load of hay every where make it look like a Pig sty. Please tell me how i can get refund on the amount of council tax i pay as i am certainly not getting what i am pay for. PS. My wife has just spent an hour sweeping the path and the gutters and road yesterday on the previous dumping !!! Oh i meant to say last year as a token gesture you sent a mini road sweeper to try and pick up some of the hay but not telling us when you're coming thus we couldn't move our vehicles so they could clean the road properly !
