Highway and Pavement Obstruction

A large barrel has been placed at the junction of St. John's Hill and Birch Road. The highway is particularly narrow here and the barrel is causing problems when two cars try to pass at this point on the road. The barrel is believed to be the property of The Vaults in the town centre.
