Cars being parked all along Malthouse Lane this afternoon raises concerns for residents gaining access to their homes and if there be a need for emergency vehicle access then the limited width of the lane with these parked cars would not allow access.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
