Rubbish collected and left near rubbish bin near Friars field not collected.

This is the 2nd report I have made in recent weeks. Someone has kindly collected litter & left it in a black bin bag by the rubbish bin. Although this bin is emptied almost daily the black bin bag has been there for a week now!

  • This work has not been completed. As of this morning 4/8 the bag of rubbish was still next to the bin plus an additional bag of rubbish. Surely it would make sense for the person emptying the bin to collect this rubbish at the same time?
