Hedge blocking view of road

The hedge that separates the main road and driveway of no1 and no3 is blocking any visibility for pedestrians and cyclists - they can not see that there is a drive and people coming out of the drive, they come around the corner into the estate at speed and there will be an accident. Someone has been and cut the end of the hedge back but it is still extremely dangerous. The hedge needs removing so people can see there is a driveway.
