Pallets left by public highway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14152186.

Pallets have been thrown around the abandoned white vehicle which is advertising scrap cars - these are on the verge and almost falling on the Shrewsbury Rd. There are also large rocks on this public cul de sac which are a hazard. I understand that this car is owned by a scrap man from Chirk and he has a number of similar cars around Oswestry and Ellesmere Tescos car park. The mobile number of the man is on the cars.
