Request for lamppost shield

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14152041.

Is it possible to have a shield put into lamppost number 16 on Ellesmere Road please, to prevent the light shining into the property opposite. We’ve tried to get used to it since installation. However with it being bright white it is causing too much glare. Many Thanks.
