Section of lane has become a riverbed & almost impossible to drive down safely

If you enjoy off-road driving & want to break car springs, you'll enjoy this very steep section of lane, just above Black Mountain Farm. It was already pretty bad 2 years ago, & then contractors filled some holes & created speed bumps alongside holes. So if you take a trailer on your joy-ride, you'll have difficulty getting up the lane, unless you're not worried about breaking springs, as it's impossible to get traction at slow speeds.
