Customer reported tree leaning over footpath at the rear of Silvermere Park (What 3 Words dared.handover.puzzled) from one of the properties. I have advised it isn't on a SC maintained area, she said the management company, First Port, who purchased Mainstay, the original management company, might not do anything and she is concerned that the tree might fall on someone.
