Potholes / Raised Pavement Slabs

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14151843.

Over the past year the pavement has deteriated considerably, the slabs are raised enough they are a trip hazard as I experienced, I caught my foot on a raised slab tripped and as I tried to prevent the fall I pulled my back , this resultled in lot of pain/discomfort for a week. I also don't think that people parking on that area is not helping. The area is very busy with foot traffic.
