Underpass management

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14151782.
Underpass is overgrown with trees / shrubs destroying the fences, both of which are falling into the footpath. Drainage is not functional and after rain means the underpass is not useable / is a dangerous slip hazard. Footpaths directly linked and to the underpass are overgrown also making them unusable. Bollard on footpath has been removed leaving a hole as a trip hazard Some of the above have been reported several times
