Ditch by binmen

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14151598.

Binmen collecting down this road got stuck in the lane and a ditch has been created from the binmen pushing the hedge back aswell. bin lorry pushed soil when pushing hedge back and very dangerous. customer says shes putting tape on the road until the council arrives but claims this needs asap work
