Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14151371.

Ditch blocked across from Manor Farm, Wyke Lane TF13 6PA. This causes flooding on the road. There is an issue because Airband has put their fibre optic cable along the side between the road and the ditch. Can you please investigate and have the ditch cleared?
