Pothole has caused extensive damage to my car

Large pothole on this section of road has caused extensive damage to my car blown my tire and buckled my wheel.. and has probably caused damage to other parts of my car.. this was done on the 17.7.24.. at 9.50am.. I have got evidence from over reports and I will be getting all damage in writing.. and receipts.. and you will be receiving A civil claim against you.. and I can’t work today because of damage to my car so I will be pursuing you for loss of income as well.. you will be hearing from Me in due course.. thank you
