Unable to enter or exit our property safely due to vehicles parked in Malthouse Lane

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14151177.

Customers of the Mytton and Mermaid whom are unable to park in the car park are choosing to park in malthouse lane. As a result this blocks the access to our property and we can not enter or exit Malthouse lane in a safe manner.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
