Reported via mobile in the Encroachment of the Highways by Trees or Shrubs category anonymously at 09:14, Tue 16 July 2024

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14151102.

Hedges are severely overgrown obscuring view and hampering vehicular access. Nettles and brambles are overgrown causing issues for mobility scooters, cyclists and pedestrians. Mud on road , subsidence of banks and numerous pot holes exacerbate the problem.

  • This problem is getting worse delivery trucks are refusing to deliver due to damage of their high sided vehicles. This needs addressing as soon as possible. At present it would be possible to cut back with hedge cutting equipment if left it will require specialist attention.
