Hay Lorries passing our house

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150772.

Every year at this time all the open hay lorries pass our house at No77 High street, Shifnal, TF11 8BL and the hay/ straw is blowing everywhere! It not our job to sweep the road the curb and foot paths. Why doesn't the council put pressure on the Farmers to cover the open hay wagons so not to make Shinal look like a glorified pig sty ! This is not acceptable at all. Yes it's OK for all those who live on the Broadway and High street but sadly we do and we want this to stop or redirect the farmers where they don't go through the Village !
