Tree growth preventing view of the highway traffic

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150633.

The tree at the top end of meadow farm drive right on the dropped kerb for pedestrian crossing has new growth at the bottom of the trunk. This is preventing a view to the right for pedestrians crossing meadow farm drive causing individuals to step into the carriageway to afford a view right.
