Problem reported fixed but this untrue

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150491.

I have received an e-mail from you reporting that this problem has been fixed. But the drain complained about remains completely blocked. Sadly I cannot seem to upload a picture. The nearby drains were cleaned over a month ago but a vehicle was parked over the problem one. The rain that collects is considerable and the issue still needs to be dealt with.
