A van has been abandoned on my private property.

A van has been abandoned in my private parking space. The parking space is in the ownership of 26a Tanyard Place. The vehicle was driven into the space on 22 June and the driver was seen to leave it and get in to another car. It has not moved since. The windscreen has been broken multiple times. I was advised to report this to the local authority in the first instance.
