Series of road surface issues and a very deep pothole

Pothole has been here for 4 - 5 months and reported before, it covers a large proportion of the single track lane and is almost impossible to avoid now. It's got worse and is a danger to traffic/horse riders etc. There are now linked road surface issues next to it.
