Reduced visibilty due to no maintenance of verge

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150289.

NEAR MISS ACCCIDENT involving child on bycycle and delivery van. The verges here have not been cut this season and vegetation growing onto the highway has caused reduced visibility on this blind corner.
