Long, wide but shallow surface defect.

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway surface problem category by Cllr Mike Isherwood at 17:44, Wednesday 3 July 2024

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150235.

I have noticed white paint marking out defects for repair along this stretch of the A495, but there is a large area of surface missing just outside the 40mph limit which has not been marked with paint. It may be that it is being treated differently for some perfectly good reason, but I wanted to mention it so that, if it has been missed accidentally, someone can rectify it so that the necessary repair is undertaken with all the others that appear to be imminent. Many thanks.
