Blocked Storm Drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150200.

Customer called concerning a blocked drain that is due to have new pipe work done promised to be done by the end of the Summer 23 - This empties into customers field and leaves lots of silt behind. Job had not been done so please get it done asap or contact customer to tell him what is happening.
