Grass not cut enough

I’m writing to address that the grass is not cut properly up to the fence line whilst the neighbour across the road grass is cut up to his fence line making their edge of the property look nice and tidy and my side of the property very messy especially being on the end of the road leading down to the public footpath. The grass is so long it is growing through my fence. My partner kindly and politely asked one of the guys who was cutting the grass today 2/7/24 if he was please cut up to the fence line just like the neighbour. And his reply was “nah can’t sorry boss hasn’t asked us too. Not enough time and money” in a very rude and cocky attitude. Even though they were sat in the van for a long time before even starting. It is only a small area to cut please could you just cut upto the fence line to stop it growing though my fence and boundary to the property so it doesn’t look messy and untidy please. Many thanks
