Surface dressing needs replacing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14150068.

HGVs are struggling to make it up the bank fully loaded. I have followed one which failed to make the crest and have had other deliveries to our farm report that they have very nearly failed, having to stop and roll back and have several attempts.

It is not lack of power/inappropriate gearing but slippery surface conditions.
