Fly tipping, broken bottles and glass on cycle pathh

There is broken glass on the cycle way and also some bin bags that have split and the content has been blown everywhere. It has been like this for a couple of weeks now. We removed the larger bits of glass bottle fragments from the path, but there is a lot of glass still there. Rubbish has been blown up Meadow Farm drive.
