Unable to enter or exit our property safely due to custoers of the Mytton and Mermaid using Malthouse Lane as an Overflow Car Parking Facility

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149956.

Both Car Parks of the Mytton and Mermaid are full and as a result of this the customers are choosing to park in Malthouse Lane. As a result of this we are unable to enter and exit our property in a safe manner due to the hazards posed by the parked cars of customers of the Mytton and Mermaid There seems to be no car park attendant in situ. This will now continue until approximately 2200hrs.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
