Overgrown Trees

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149874.

Customer said that the trees by the brook at the rear of her property (127) are overgrown and need to be trimmed back either by us or whoever is responsible for them. She would like to be kept up to date with this.

  • Customer rang back to follow up on this after receiving an email stating that the matter is closed and it is a matter for the occupants to deal with. She said that the trees aren't on her land so she is confused as to who should be dealing with them and asked if someone could contact her to advise on this as soon as possible.
