Unable to enter and exit our driveway safely due to customers of the Mytton and Mermaid parking adjacent to our drive way entrance

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149807.

The Car Parks of the Mytton and Mermaid are Full. Overflow customers are choosing to park in the road alongside our driveway entrance. As a result we can not enter our exit our driveway safely due to the road hazards posed by the very large number of vehicles that are parking along Malthouse Lane.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
