Grass has not been cut for several weeks

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149743.

The grass opposite my house in Wheatfield drive Shifnal is now 2 feet high and ready to be cut for hay, dogs are leaving their mess in the grass as the owners can not find it to pick it up causing a health issue in this hot weather, we had the same problem last year, is there not a programme for this cutting
