Loose chipping from re-surfacing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149308.

The road has not been swept since the road has been re-surfaced. The chipping that have been left have now scratched my car. This road is unavoidable for me, please can this be cleared up as soon as possible.
