Road surface breaking up and potholes

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14149121.

The road surface has been deteriorating over time and there are potholes. The one I have pinpointed on the map is close to the turn off from the A488 and difficult to avoid. I hope some repairs will be done soon. Thank you in anticipation.
