Street Light For Several Months

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14148992.

This streetlight stopped working last year. It has been reported many times, but nothing has been done. Can you let the customer know what is happening with this light.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Customer advised that someone came out to fix the light on Tuesday. The light worked that night, but it has gone off again.
