Customers from the Mutton and Mermaid blocking access into and out of our propertu

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14148362.

Unable to enter or exit our property due to the amount of customers from the Mutton and Mermaid who are parking on the road because they are unable to obtain car parking space within the pub due to the fact that there is not enough space to accommodate patrons.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
