Dirty and defaced bus shelter

The bus shelter at the back of Tesco is dirty, covered in graffiti and has no timetables. I have been assured by Shrewsbury Town Council that SC are responsible for this particular bus shelter as it comes under P&R apparently. I have put the location on Harlescott Lane as it doesn't allow me to pick the actual location.
