Car has been abandoned we think and is being used by youths for drug taking

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14148054.

This vehicle has been here for over a year and youths have now damaged it and are using it to take drugs. We think it is related to someone who is connected to number 1, The Hig. It is concerning the elderly resident at number 2 , The Hig as she has recently lost her Husband and feels very vulnerable
