Very large pothole - needs urgent attention

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14148008.

There is a extremely large pothole in the left lane as you come from Castle Farm Way heading towards the M54. It is towards the middle of the road - of the left had lane. It very deep and could cause injury if travelling by bike. Please can this be looked into as soon as possible. It has been filled previously but has appeared again.
