Overgrown bushes blocking pavement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14148001.

There is a house on Charlotte Row, Ellesmere, whose garden backs onto Grange road. There are bushes overgrown & blocking the pavement causing pedestrians to have to walk in the road to get around, which is unsafe on a busy road. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time & is getting more overgrown.
