Entire surface missing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14147801.

The entire surface across the width of the road and about 2m deep is mssing and is just a mass of loose gravel. I have previously reported this in June 2022 and last received an update in May 2023 saying the work had been scheduled. A year later nothing has been done.
